Requirements

Should have a working knowledge of appropriate temperature and chemical standards to comply with local and state regulations.

Responsibilities

Set up and successfully operate three compartment sinks, high temperature dish machines and safely operate all cleaning and sanitation equipment in dining service.
Maintain high levels of sanitation in the kitchen, dish room, storage rooms and all areas of dining service by following cleaning schedules and ensuring high levels of cleanliness.
