River Landing at Sandy Ridge is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) with a mission to honor God by enriching the lives and touching the hearts of those we serve. Requirements

  • Must be professional, courteous, friendly, and have the willingness to work as part of a team.
  • Must be able to read and communicate effectively with co-workers to complete the demands and support Dining Services.
  • Requires a lot of standing, walking, and lifting.

Nice To Haves

  • A willingness to learn new things is a plus!
  • Banquet server experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a friendly demeanor while catering to the needs of residents and guests.
  • Presenting specials, taking orders, providing refills and anything else guests may need while exceeding their expectations.
  • Working as a team to maintain the upkeep of our dining venues and certain areas of the kitchen.
  • Answering the phone, taking reservations, seating our residents and their guests.
  • Being respectful to all residents, guests and coworkers.
  • Providing the highest quality of service.
  • Wearing of proper uniform to include black nonskid shoes and name badge.
