About The Position

Tryfacta is seeking a landscape for our client in Lexington, KY 40511. This is a temporary contract assignment. The position involves grounds maintenance and lawn care, including mowing, edging, trimming, and weed control. It also includes tree and shrub maintenance, general housekeeping of outdoor and designated indoor areas, and assisting with various grounds maintenance tasks. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, with a pay rate of $14.00/hr.

Responsibilities

Perform routine mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain clean, healthy, and visually appealing lawns and landscaped areas.
Use weed‐eating equipment and manual methods to control weeds around buildings, walkways, fences, and landscaped areas, ensuring a well‐kept appearance.
Trim trees, shrubs, and bushes as needed to promote healthy growth, improve safety, and enhance overall property aesthetics.
Maintain cleanliness of outdoor and designated indoor areas, including debris removal, light cleaning, and general housekeeping duties to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
Assist with a variety of additional grounds maintenance tasks as assigned, such as seasonal cleanups, minor repairs, equipment care, and supporting special projects.
