About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Landscape Technician to join our team. This role involves performing a variety of lawn maintenance and landscape installation tasks to ensure our clients' properties are well-kept and visually appealing. The ideal candidate will be reliable, possess a strong work ethic, and be able to work effectively outdoors in various weather conditions.
Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
Nice To Haves
- Previous landscaping experience is preferred but not required.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.
- Trim shrubs, hedges, and small trees.
- Install mulch, plants, sod, and seasonal flowers.
- Weed and maintain landscape beds.
- Operate landscaping equipment safely, including mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other hand tools.
- Clean up properties and remove debris after each service.
- Assist with landscape installation, drainage, irrigation, and other enhancement projects.
- Load, unload, and maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a professional appearance.
- Communicate with crew leaders and customers in a respectful and professional manner.
