Requirements

  • Any combination of training, experience, and/or education equivalent to one year of recent, full-time, paid, diversified gardening or landscaping work.
  • Related education and experience must be clearly represented in the work history and education sections of the application.
  • Online employment application submitted electronically by the closing date.
  • Application must include all required attachments, current and previous employment history, and education.
  • Answer all application questions thoroughly, clearly, and concisely.
  • Contact information for all previous places of employment where classified (non-certificated) positions were held must be listed.

Responsibilities

  • Plant and care for lawns, shrubbery, and trees.
  • Assist in the training and direction of entry-level Landscape Technicians.
  • Perform other skilled gardening and ground maintenance duties.
