As a Landscape Supervisor, you will lead talented teams that help bring beautiful, functional landscape designs to life. This role is for individuals who love building things, seeing the finished product, working with plants, and enjoying the outdoors. Requirements

6-8 years of landscape crew lead or supervisor experience
General knowledge of equipment maintenance
Ability to safely operate equipment
Valid driver's license
Ability to obtain DOT medical certification
Ability to lift 75 lbs
Ability to push/pull objects while walking up to 3 miles a day
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana), criminal background check, MVR check, and DOT physical

Nice To Haves

Possess a thorough knowledge of Design/Build practices as well as other RYAN services

Responsibilities

Organizing and scheduling projects
Conducting customer walkthroughs
Handling locates
Maintaining effective customer communication and follow-up
Setting up crews
Ensuring quality control of landscaping teams
Managing landscape projects ranging in scale from planting trees, shrubs, and perennials to hardscaping projects and drainage on client properties
Interacting with clients daily to communicate process, expectations, and recommendations for other services
Coaching team members to develop skills, work efficiently, and gain landscape knowledge
Ensuring all team members have the necessary tools, resources, and training
Handling customer service remediation and client retention for dissatisfied customers
