As a Landscape Site Supervisor (also known as a Landscape Foreman or Grounds Maintenance Supervisor), you will lead on-site property care to maintain high standards for our clients. Requirements

Valid North Carolina Driver's License (Required).
Direct experience in shrub pruning, tree trimming, and turf care applications.
Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail.
Daily commitment to quality, safety, and property presentation.

Responsibilities

Perform shrub and tree pruning, along with professional turf applications (no mowing services involved).
Oversee daily maintenance including blowing parking lots, walkways, and patio areas.
Manage plant and flower beds by pulling weeds, trimming bushes, and cutting low-hanging tree limbs.
Conduct daily property policing to maintain a clean, trash-free grounds environment.
Communicate directly with on-site customers to ensure full satisfaction.
