About The Position

Yardscapes Inc is looking to add an Additional Project Manager to our team. We are a 52-year-old company that services high-end projects throughout the Twin Cites Metro area. This Position is a key role between the Designer, Installation Crew, and client. This position is year-round, salary with benefits.

Requirements

• 3-5 Years management experience
• Good Communication
• Computer skills
• A valid Driver’s License is required (CDL Preferred) with a clean driving record
• Landscape Construction Experience
• Knowledge of Landscape construction: Hardscapes
• Knowledge of Masonry
• Knowledge of Swimming Pools
• Knowledge of Softscapes
• Knowledge of Irrigation
• Knowledge of Low Voltage Lighting
• Knowledge of Carpentry
• Knowledge of Project Flow
• Knowledge of Project Schedule
• Knowledge of Project Budget
• Knowledge of Subcontractors

Responsibilities

• Layout Of Project
• Ordering materials for each site
• Scheduling delivery of materials
• Following up and monitoring completed projects
• Accessing any warranty needs
• Minimal Winter Services
