Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
• Able to pass DOT physical, background check, and drug screening
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to walk, stand, and push/pull equipment for extended periods, including up to 3 miles per day in the field
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions, year-round
• This is a safety-sensitive position requiring the operation of vehicles and equipment. All offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana), criminal background check, MVR check, and DOT physical (where applicable) before starting employment. Candidates must meet all screening requirements as a condition of employment.

• 6 months of landscape experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Help with landscape projects ranging in scale from planting trees, shrubs, and perennials to hardscaping projects and drainage on our client properties.
• Must be able to work well in a team environment as well as efficiently on your own while taking care of client properties and taking pride in the end results of their work.
• Interact with clients daily, communicating the process and expectations of services needed and services performed along with recommendations for other RYAN services needed on their property.
• Possess a general knowledge of Design/Build practices as well as other RYAN services.
