About The Position

Vive Exterior Design is seeking a passionate and experienced Landscape Maintenance Manager to lead its expanding maintenance division. This role involves working with high-end residential clients to ensure their properties look exceptional year-round. The company specializes in luxury residential landscapes and outdoor living, emphasizing quality, innovation, and exceptional service. The Landscape Maintenance Manager will be responsible for client relationships, overseeing maintenance crews, and maintaining high standards of care. Initially, this will be a hands-on leadership role, with a transition to a more management-focused position as the division grows.

Requirements

Horticulture background (formal education or equivalent experience preferred)
Strong plant knowledge and understanding of landscape maintenance best practices
Experience managing landscape maintenance crews and client relationships
Strong organizational and leadership skills with a detail-oriented approach
Ability to work in the field alongside the team while managing client expectations
A valid driver's license is required
Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a growing team

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the landscape maintenance division
Perform landscape maintenance, seasonal cleanups, and plant care alongside the crew
Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and service plans
Train and mentor team members, ensuring quality standards and safety protocols
Conduct site evaluations and recommend improvements
Assist in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management for the maintenance division
Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
