Foremen must be reliable in their daily attendance and adaptable, proactive and organized in their approach to running their crews safely and efficiently.

Requirements

Solid experience in the landscape industry (at least 3 seasons) — and leadership skills to match
Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle priorities with ease
A calm, clear communicator who thrives on teamwork and customer care
A sharp eye for detail and a dedication to quality work

Nice To Haves

A valid, insurable driver's license
Bilingual (Spanish/English) communicator
A 3.0 commercial pesticide applicator license

Responsibilities

Be the point person for a landscape maintenance crew — lead by example, organize, and motivate your team of 2-4
Be the face of Villani on-site — work with your supervisor and client service reps to deliver the right solutions to client concerns
Think on your feet — adapt to surprises and keep your crew moving efficiently
Show up, stay sharp, and set the tone — reliability, knowing your machines and techniques, and leading by example are key
Ensure every site meets consistent standards for safety, quality, and presentation
