About The Position
Nature's Workforce, Landscape Maintenance branch of Consolidated Divisions, Inc. (CDI), is hiring an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead a landscape maintenance crew while working alongside the team in the field. This is a full-time position with year-round employment opportunities and potential for growth and advancement within a safety-focused culture. Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of landscape maintenance experience
- Experience operating commercial landscape equipment
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lead a crew and communicate effectively
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- 2 years of Maintenance Foreman experience
- 2 years of Crew management experience
- Driver's License
Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside a crew of up to 5 employees
- Perform mowing, trimming, edging, blowing, pruning, weed control, and property cleanup
- Ensure quality, productivity, and safety standards are met
- Train and coach crew members
- Track labor hours, complete daily reports, JHAs, DVIRs, and other required documentation
- Safely operate and transport landscape equipment
- Assist with snow removal operations during winter months
