Landscape Maintenance Foreman/Manager
About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Manager/Foreman to oversee & work alongside crews. This is a labor-intensive job where you will lead and work alongside landscape crews each day. You will provide leadership and guidance to the teams (3 crews), ensure high-quality work is completed at every property, and train, guide, and support crew members as needed. You will also enforce all company safety standards and procedures. Experienced Lawn Maintenance - Mowing, edging, weed-eating, residential & commercial properties. A typical workweek during the growing season is 40-50 hours, Monday - Friday. This is a labor-intensive job.
Requirements
- A valid Driver's license
- Speak English & Spanish (Bi-Lingual)
- Strong leadership skills
- Previous management experience
- Work 40-45 hours per week
- Able to work in all weather elements (hot/cold, rain)
- Experienced Lawn Maintenance - Mowing, edging, weed-eating, residential & commercial properties
