About The Position
Premium Lawncare & Maintenance Inc. is seeking a Landscape Installation Crew Member to build high-end projects. This role is for individuals who take pride in creating clean, professional outdoor spaces and are not looking for rushed, sloppy work. It is ideal for those who enjoy hands-on work, seeing finished results, and have a desire to move into leadership. This position is not suitable for individuals who cut corners, lack attention to detail, or do not take ownership.

- Able to work outdoors in Texas conditions.

Responsibilities
- Install plants, sod, mulch, rock, and other materials.
- Assist with grading, prep, and layout.
- Work on full landscape projects.
