About The Position
As a Landscape Crew Member, you’ll work outdoors to keep our client grounds looking sharp, clean, and vibrant. The Budd Group is a family-owned, God-honoring facility solutions company. We deliver quality janitorial, landscaping, and maintenance services across the Southeast while developing our team members and serving our communities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of hands-on landscaping or groundskeeper experience.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. repetitively and work outdoors in varied weather.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Operating equipment for grass cutting, weed eating, and edging.
- Performing mulching, pruning, and planting shrubs or flowers.
- Maintaining clean job sites and completing other duties assigned by your supervisor.
