Requirements

• A friendly, respectful attitude and willingness to interact with residents, families, and staff.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical capability to lift up to [50/80] lbs consistently.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Prior landscaping experience is preferred, but training will be provided for individuals with a strong work ethic and desire to serve.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, trimming, and edging lawns to maintain a pristine and welcoming campus.
• Planting and maintaining flower beds, shrubs, and trees for seasonal color and visual appeal.
• Keeping walking paths, courtyards, and entryways clear of debris, overgrown branches, and seasonal hazards.
• Safely operating commercial mowers, trimmers, and blowers with awareness of surroundings and courtesy towards residents and guests.
• Ensuring outdoor seating areas, patios, and gazebos are clean, safe, and ready for resident use.
