About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and lawn care, with a strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience in various outdoor maintenance tasks. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, providing essential services that enhance the beauty and health of our clients' landscapes.

Requirements

Strong mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain landscaping equipment effectively.
Experience in lawn care practices and landscape maintenance techniques.
Familiarity with gardening principles and horticulture best practices.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
Ability to perform tree trimming, hard-scape installation, and general construction tasks.
Capability to manage time effectively while working independently or as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship in all tasks performed.

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of irrigation systems and their maintenance requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform lawn care services including mowing, fertilization, aeration, and weed control.
Maintain landscape features through trimming, pruning, and tree care.
Operate hand tools, power tools, riding mowers
Assist with irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure efficient water usage.
Conduct regular inspections of lawns and landscapes to identify issues and recommend solutions.
Collaborate with team members on hardscape projects including patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
Ensure all work areas are clean and organized after completing tasks.
