We're hiring a Landscape Foreman to lead a crew and manage projects on high-end private estates. This role involves working alongside renowned landscape and architectural designers to create unforgettable outdoor environments. The work is direct-for-owner on properties including a 7-acre estate, an innovation lab, and a lake house. This position offers the opportunity to be inspired, challenged, and to produce world-class landscapes using top-tier vehicles, equipment, and tools. Requirements

Experience working on high-end estates or golf courses.
Experience with heavy equipment including front end loaders, mini-excavators, and skid steer machinery with various attachments; other construction equipment as needed.
Reputable driving record.

Responsibilities

Run the work, including high-end plantings, seasonal displays, grading, landforming, drainage, tree planting/removals, patio prep/install, and sod installation/repair.
Maintain property maintenance standards and proactively address potential issues.
Assist with light construction projects during cooler months.
Lead a small in-house team on a day-to-day basis.
Manage crew movement across properties based on weekly needs.
Coordinate with outside subcontractors and specialty vendors.
Communicate progress, priorities, and issues clearly with ownership.
Operate and maintain skid steers, mini-excavators, loaders, trailers, and trucks.
Manage service schedules for equipment and ensure machines are ready for use.
Keep tools, vehicles, and job sites organized.
