Landscape Foreman
About The Position
The Landscape Install Foreman is responsible for receiving and reviewing job sheets from the Landscape Supervisor, loading and driving landscape trucks, maintaining accurate records, preparing and maintaining landscape plantings, installing hardscape features, operating various landscape equipment, communicating with customers, and performing snow removal in the winter months. This role requires previous landscaping experience, basic plant knowledge, a valid Kansas CDL or the ability to obtain one, and the ability to operate a skid steer and other landscape equipment, as well as lift 80+ pounds regularly.

Responsibilities
- Receives and reviews jobs sheets from Landscape Supervisor.
- Loads, unloads and drives landscape trucks to and from jobs, ensuring proper materials, supplies, and equipment are available.
- Maintains accurate records of crew travel time, equipment hours, installation time, etc. for customer billing.
- Prepares plants, fertilizes, waters and mulches all landscape plantings as required.
- Installs rock walls, landscape lighting, ponds/water features. May perform basic irrigation work.
- Operates skidsteers, rototillers, trenchers, chainsaws, sod cutters, brick saws, and any other landscape equipment necessary.
- Communicates with customers to confirm customer preferences and job specifications.
- Snow Removal, including snow plowing and shoveling in the winter months.
- Other duties as required.
