Requirements
- Experience in landscape sales, operations, or a related field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Identify new opportunities and provide clients with expert consultations and project quotes
- Oversee daily landscape projects, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met
- Manage project execution from proposal through completion, exceeding customer expectations
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering collaboration and productivity
- Ensure tools, equipment, and inventory are maintained and ready for each job
- Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships
