About The Position
Currin Outdoor Living is seeking a hands-on Garden Install Leader to transform outdoor spaces into beautiful, high-end landscapes. This role involves working alongside designers and the operations team, leading a crew, and bringing landscape projects to life. Requirements
- 2 years landscape installation experience
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Ability to operate basic landscape equipment
- Ability to drive a light duty dump truck and have trailering experience
Nice To Haves
- 3-5 years installation experience in Landscape Construction
- Strong communication skills (Spanish a big plus!)
- A passion for plants, teamwork, and creating beautiful spaces.
- A degree in horticulture or related fields is a bonus, not a requirement.
- Military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma.
Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside a crew of 2–4 teammates.
- Turn detailed landscape designs into real, stunning gardens.
- Track daily tasks, hours, and materials.
- Operate equipment such as mini excavators, skid steers, and compactors.
- Drive light-duty dump trucks and practice safe trailering methods.
- Keep tools, trucks, and the shop organized.
- Communicate with the production manager to ensure projects run smoothly.
