About The Position

Ready to step up from crew member to true leader? Your next career move starts here! As our Landscape Crew Leader, you will guide an outdoor team to success every day. This is a hands-on role where you will act as a working Landscaping Supervisor, working right alongside your crew to handle mowing, mulching, planting sod, irrigation, and spraying as needed. You will confidently direct other employees to carry out tasks assigned by the foreman and manager, keeping everyone motivated as a reliable Landscape Team Lead.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of landscaping experience
• A valid NC driver's license with a good driving record
• Must be able to lift 35 lbs. repetitively throughout the day
• A friendly, reliable attitude and strong leadership skills
