About The Position

Sunrise Landscape is seeking a Landscape Crew Leader/Driver to join our team. We are a growing company with a vision to deliver excellent customer service in landscape design, installation, and maintenance. This role involves servicing clients by providing landscape maintenance support to commercial, private, and public properties, and safely operating landscaping equipment. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of previous landscape experience and can work in the Florida heat. This position is located in Tampa, FL.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscaping or lawn maintenance.
Experience Driving company truck with 17-21ft trailer with clean driving history.
To be at least 18 years old and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
To perform physically demanding tasks in the Florida heat.
To be dependable and able to work well on a team.
Possess a valid driver’s license (of at least 3 years) and a clean driving record.
Pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

Perform various landscaping and lawn maintenance tasks including mowing/cutting, trimming and edging all grass/turf on the assigned property.
Use blowing equipment to clear debris and leave the client property in better shape than before you arrived!
Prune shrubs and low trees; remove damaged or dead branches.
Perform weeding by hand or small tools.
Ensure all tasks are completed with the highest quality standards and deliver excellent customer service in all interactions.
Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
