We’re excited to welcome a Landscape Crew Leader to our team in Bradenton, FL! As a Crew Leader within our Maintenance Department, your role would be to serve our clients in the field by providing landscape maintenance support for commercial, private, and public properties. You will be required to safely operate our landscaping equipment to complete your daily responsibilities. The ideal candidate is someone who has at least 2 years or previous landscape experience and can work in the Florida heat.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in landscaping or lawn maintenance.
Experience driving company truck with 17-21ft trailer with clean driving history.
To be at least 18 years old and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
To perform physically demanding tasks in the Florida heat.
To be dependable and able to work well on a team.
To pass a background check.
Possess a valid driver’s license (of at least 3 years) and a clean driving record.
Be able to pass a drug test.

Responsibilities

Perform various landscaping and lawn maintenance tasks including mowing/cutting, trimming, and edging all grass/turf on the assigned property.
Use blowing equipment to clear debris and leave the client property in better shape than before you arrived!
Prune shrubs and low trees; removed damage or dead branches.
Perform weeding by hand or small tools.
Ensure all tasks are completed with the highest quality standards and deliver excellent customer service in all interactions.
Always adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
