About The Position

Red Leaf Developments is seeking an experienced Landscape Construction Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of high-end residential and commercial pool and landscape construction projects from pre-construction through completion. The Project Manager coordinates project schedules, budgets, field operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to Red Leaf's high quality standards. The ideal candidate is a highly organized, proactive construction professional who takes ownership of projects, communicates effectively, anticipates challenges, and builds strong relationships with clients, field teams, subcontractors, and trade partners. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in construction project management, project supervision, or a related construction management role
  • Strong understanding of construction project scheduling, budgeting, coordination, and execution
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects moving toward completion
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Ability to learn and effectively use project management software and business systems
  • Professional approach to working with clients, employees, subcontractors, and suppliers
  • Employment may be contingent upon completion of company-required pre-employment screening, including background and/or drug screening, where permitted and conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project plans, schedules, milestones, and priorities from start to completion
  • Coordinate project activities with field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Monitor project progress and proactively address schedule risks, delays, and site constraints
  • Maintain clear communication regarding project status, upcoming milestones, and outstanding items
  • Coordinate resources and workflow to keep projects moving efficiently
  • Monitor project budgets, costs, labor, materials, and overall financial performance
  • Identify potential cost overruns and proactively communicate concerns
  • Review project costs against budgets and help maintain financial accountability
  • Prepare, document, and process change orders as needed
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure project scope and costs are properly documented
  • Coordinate closely with field teams to ensure projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and company standards
  • Maintain Red Leaf's high standards for craftsmanship, quality, and attention to detail
  • Support safe and efficient jobsite operations
  • Identify construction issues, deficiencies, or potential rework and coordinate timely corrective action
  • Conduct or coordinate inspections and ensure required project documentation is maintained
  • Support project closeout and ensure outstanding items are addressed
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for clients throughout the project
  • Communicate project updates, schedule changes, and other important information clearly and proactively
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, field personnel, and other project partners
  • Address project concerns professionally and work toward practical, timely solutions
  • Represent Red Leaf Developments' commitment to quality and professionalism on every project
  • Maintain accurate project records, including schedules, daily reports, inspections, change orders, and closeout documentation
  • Use project management and business systems to track project information and follow-up items
  • Ensure important project information is communicated to the appropriate team members
  • Maintain organized documentation throughout the project lifecycle
