About The Position

As a Landscape Construction & Irrigation Crew Member, you will work with a dedicated team on dynamic outdoor projects. This role involves installing landscape materials, plantings, lawns, and irrigation components, operating equipment, site and soil preparation, grading, and digging with minimal supervision. You will also assist the irrigation technician team with loading, unloading, and transporting heavy equipment and materials, maintain clean and safe job sites, and service company equipment and vehicles daily. Additionally, you will serve as a reliable grounds maintenance crew member by providing excellent service to clients and architects.

Requirements

Ability to lift heavy equipment, dig, and perform physical outdoor tasks.
Willingness to learn with minimal supervision.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and respect for teammates.
Must have a valid NC driver's license.
Punctuality and readiness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
Physical ability to dig, rake, water, and lift heavy materials throughout the day.
Eagerness to learn new trade skills and grow within the company.
