Requirements

5+ years in landscape construction
3+ years supervising crews in a field leadership role
Proven hardscape expertise (retaining walls, paving stones)
Confident operating skid steers and mini excavators
Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean abstract
CSTS 2020 and Standard First Aid required
Able to manage physically demanding outdoor work and lift 50+ lbs
Flexible with hours as projects require
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

Nice To Haves

Class 1 or 3 driver's license
Leadership for Safety Excellence certification

Responsibilities

Direct and support teams of 2–5, building skills and keeping standards high on every site.
Lead installation of retaining walls, paving stone patios, pathways, steps, and structural elements.
Manage daily operations, materials sequencing, scheduling, and progress reporting.
Read and execute design plans accurately.
Operate and oversee equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, loaders, sod cutters).
Conduct regular site inspections.
Ensure safety compliance.
Collaborate directly with the design and management teams to keep projects on time and on standard.
