About The Position
Rea Landscape Management has proudly served Charleston since 2004, delivering high-quality residential and commercial landscaping services. We are seeking a Landscape Construction Crew Member to support daily operations including landscape installation, irrigation, grading, and drainage.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in landscape installation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical outdoor work
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Team player with strong communication and attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Experience with irrigation and grading (preferred)
- Operate equipment (Bobcat, mini-excavators preferred)
- Read and follow landscape plans (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Install landscapes, irrigation systems, drainage, and grading features
- Operate equipment (Bobcat, mini-excavators preferred)
- Read and follow landscape plans (preferred)
- Maintain clean and safe work sites
- Work in all weather conditions
