About The Position

Rea Landscape Management has proudly served Charleston since 2004, delivering high-quality residential and commercial landscaping services. We are seeking a Landscape Construction Crew Member to support daily operations including landscape installation, irrigation, grading, and drainage.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in landscape installation
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical outdoor work
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Team player with strong communication and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

• Experience with irrigation and grading (preferred)
• Read and follow landscape plans (preferred)
• Operate equipment (Bobcat, mini-excavators preferred)

Responsibilities

• Install landscapes, irrigation systems, drainage, and grading features
• Operate equipment (Bobcat, mini-excavators preferred)
• Read and follow landscape plans (preferred)
• Maintain clean and safe work sites
• Work in all weather conditions
