Landscape Crew Member
About The Position
Russell Landscape is seeking skilled, motivated, and hard-working Crew Members to join their commercial landscape maintenance team. This role involves working on a professional landscape maintenance crew serving commercial properties, performing high-quality maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, planting, and pruning. Crew members will also assist with loading/unloading equipment and materials, maintaining tools, and ensuring job sites are clean, safe, and complete. There are occasional opportunities to support commercial construction or enhancement projects. The company emphasizes taking pride in creating beautiful, well-maintained outdoor environments.
Requirements
- At least 2+ years of commercial landscape experience
- Ability to operate mowers, blowers, trimmers, and other landscape equipment
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability
- A team-first attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Demonstrated hand-eye coordination to safely and accurately operate tools, equipment, and machinery.
Nice To Haves
- Valid driver's license is preferred
- Experience operating remote-controlled equipment, electronic controls, or similar technology is preferred.
Responsibilities
