About The Position
Complete Landscape Resources is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader for immediate hire. We are growing fast, running a fleet of brand-new trucks and top-of-the-line equipment, and offer consistent year-round work. If you are a reliable leader who knows how to manage a crew, safely tow a trailer, and deliver high-quality results, we want you on our team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Commercial or HOA property landscape maintenance
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean MVD record
- Experience driving crew cab dump trucks while pulling landscape trailers safely
- Proficient in operating mowers, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, weed eaters, blowers, and hand tools
- Hands-on experience in mowing, blowing, weed eating, and proper shrub/tree trimming
- Ability to supervise, train, and manage a 2–3 person maintenance crew
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish verbal and written) are highly helpful
