About The Position

Kimley-Horn is seeking Landscape Architecture graduates to join their Fort Worth, Texas (TX) office in 2027. This role involves utilizing technical software for analysis, production, and quality control of client deliverables. The position contributes to site planning, urban and landscape design, and graphic/technical production for a variety of projects including land planning, urban design and redevelopment, mixed-use and residential developments, streetscapes, design guidelines, public infrastructure, parks, and community facilities. Analysts will solve complex problems, support project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to realize client visions. A key aspect of the role is developing familiarity with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Kimley-Horn's and client-specific practices and standards. Analysts will gain experience with software such as Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup, InDesign, Illustrator, GIS/Arcview, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Excel.

Requirements

  • A Degree in Landscape Architecture (Bachelors or Masters) by Summer 2027.

  • Analysts will learn one or more software programs: Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup, InDesign, Illustrator, GIS/Arcview, and PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize technical software programs on a regular basis to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for our clients.
  • Contribute to the site planning, urban and landscape design, and graphic and technical production.
  • Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to produce our clients’ visions for the future built environment.
  • Develop familiarity with the federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Kimley-Horn’s and our client’s practices, procedures, and standards.
