About The Position

Kimley-Horn is seeking Landscape Architecture graduates to join our Franklin, TN office. This role involves utilizing technical software for analysis, production, and quality control of client deliverables. Responsibilities include contributing to site planning, urban and landscape design, and graphic/technical production for a variety of projects such as land planning, urban design and redevelopment, mixed-use and residential development, streetscapes, design guidelines, public infrastructure, parks, and community facilities. The position requires problem-solving, assisting project managers, and collaborating across disciplines to realize client visions. Analysts will also develop familiarity with relevant regulations and company standards. Training will be provided on software including Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup, InDesign, Illustrator, GIS/Arcview, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Excel.

Requirements

  • A Degree in Landscape Architecture (Bachelors or Masters) by Summer 2026.

Nice To Haves

  • Analysts will learn one or more software programs: Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup, InDesign, Illustrator, GIS/Arcview, and PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize technical software programs on a regular basis to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for our clients.
  • Contribute to the site planning, urban and landscape design, and graphic and technical production.
  • Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to produce our clients’ visions for the future built environment.
  • Develop familiarity with the federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Kimley-Horn’s and our client’s practices, procedures, and standards.
