Requirements

  • Must be authorized to work for any US employer, without the need for work visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, real estate, legal studies, energy, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and document management skills.
  • Experience working with spreadsheets, document tracking, and project documentation.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with AI-assisted document analysis tools or similar workflow technologies preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation, organization, and tracking of due diligence documentation for multiple renewable energy projects.
  • Compile and organize information requested by internal teams, lenders, consultants, and external partners.
  • Support development and maintenance of project data rooms and diligence trackers.
  • Track outstanding diligence items and coordinate collection of required materials.
  • Utilize AI tools to assist in document review, comparisons, and structured analysis of project materials.
  • Prepare comparison charts, matrices, and summaries of agreements and key provisions.
  • Create redline comparison summaries and structured document analyses across projects.
  • Develop and maintain deliverables trackers, financing diligence charts, and project documentation matrices.
  • Populate standard real estate legal forms and templates for review by real estate counsel.
  • Assist with organization and tracking of land agreements including leases, easements, options, amendments, and related documents.
  • Prepare documentation packages for attorney review and maintain version control.
  • Assist with assembling project documentation required for financing diligence.
  • Maintain matrices and charts tracking financing deliverables and requested materials.
  • Support coordination of responses to diligence requests from financing partners.
  • Maintain organized project files, document libraries, and internal tracking systems.
  • Assist with preparation of internal reports, project summaries, and status updates.
  • Coordinate information requests across land, development, finance, and legal teams.
