Land Representative (Acquisition Specialist)

Resource Environmental Solutions LLCPittsburgh, PA

About The Position

RES is looking for a Land Representative I to join our team. As a Land Representative I at RES, you will support land acquisition and property research efforts for a wide range of ecological restoration, water quality, and conservation projects. Working closely with senior land representatives and internal teams, you’ll help identify, evaluate, and secure land assets while learning the business, legal, and environmental factors that shape long-term land strategy at RES. This role is ideal for someone early in their land or real estate career who enjoys research, negotiation, and working directly with landowners and external stakeholders. You’ll work at the intersection of real estate and environmental restoration. Every parcel you help evaluate supports projects that restore wetlands, improve water quality, or protect endangered species habitats. You’ll build valuable skills in land acquisition. From online research to contract preparation and field visits, you’ll learn every stage of the land transaction process. This is a foundational role with pathways toward senior land or sales positions.
