About The Position
Works under normal Supervision in all phases of landscaping.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years landscaping experience
- Valid Texas Driver License
- Born again believer and must adhere to the doctrines of this organization as upheld by Kenneth and Gloria Copeland and their appointed representatives
- Must work well with others, as a team and according to Romans 16:17, must not cause dissension and division
- Must maintain a good attendance record
Responsibilities
- Mowing, weed-eating, fertilizing and watering of ministry property.
- Repair and maintenance of fences, roads and waterlines.
- Interpret soil test and develop fertilization programs.
- Removing and replacing soil in flower beds at Parsonage and Ministry Wide.
- Recognize and diagnose problems and apply appropriate chemicals as needed.
- Design, install, repair and maintain all irrigation systems.
- Tree trimming and planting of new plants and trees.
- Assist and repair of irrigation lines.
- Install and repair of water pumps.
- Maintain Certification for Confined Space Entry on Man Holes.
- Operate light duty equipment.
- General labor.
