About The Position
A land maintenance technician maintains outdoor spaces by mowing, edging, trimming, and weeding.
Requirements
- Certification to operate and handling equipment safely
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently without direct supervision
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
- Strong initiative and self-starter
- Multi-task orientation with skills related to work prioritization
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills in a team environment
- Ability to identify operational inefficiencies
- Understanding of the importance of environmental and safe work practices
