About The Position
Quality Engineering & Surveying (QES) is seeking an experienced Land Development Senior Engineer to lead complex development projects and help guide the next generation of engineering professionals. This leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee diverse projects, manage technical teams, build client relationships, and contribute to strategic growth while making a lasting impact on communities throughout the region.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) License
- 8+ years of progressive land development experience
- Strong project leadership and client management skills
- Advanced Civil 3D and technical design expertise
Responsibilities
- Lead land development projects from concept through construction
- Oversee grading, drainage, utility, roadway, and site design
- Serve as technical leader and mentor for engineering staff
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate permitting and regulatory approvals
