The Land Advisor / Representative III is responsible for acquiring, stewarding, monetizing, divesting, and protecting surface and subsurface property rights throughout the asset lifecycle. This role provides expert guidance on land, title, contractual, and commercial matters while supporting business objectives and mitigating risk. The position will develop, negotiate, and execute commercial agreements such as leases, easements, rights-of-way, and other land-related contracts. Responsibilities include contract administration, acreage management, risk mitigation, title verification, ownership determination, title defect resolution, litigation support, and management of external stakeholder relationships. The successful candidate will work closely with internal business partners and external parties including landowners, government officials, service providers, and industry partners to support strategic asset development and business opportunities.
