Requirements

Follow all safety guidelines.

Maintains high quality, efficient operation of product and equipment.
Assists with other tasks associated with mattress fabrication.
Move materials and/or mattresses between stations using pallet jacks and/or forklift.
Maintain and clean assigned work area.
Perform quality inspections at every step in the process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Trained to use inventory management scanners.
Participate in inventory.
Learn and carry outlined processes per procedures.
Can assist in providing training to other associates while following outlined processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

Works in Lamination, Trim, Scrap or BSA departments, potentially in one or more.
Cutting product, compressing, convoluting, laminating, trimming, cleaning up, product management, material handler/forklift driver.
