About The Position

This position is in charge of configuring the lamination machine and feeding a foil laminated front sheet to match it to the back paper sheet. This operator ensures that registration, alignment, and quality standards are being met.

Requirements

• Ability to read and write.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• 0-3 years previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in operating manufacturing machinery.

Nice To Haves

• Basic machine comprehension will be necessary.
• Knowledge of machine operational procedures.
• Filling out paperwork and reports.
• Being able to differentiate different types of materials used.
• Being able to look efficiently for blemishes or abnormalities on the material.
• Mechanical skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Feed a thin plastic sheet individually and efficiently to the machine.
• Guarantee that the material coming out of the machine is clean and according to quality standards.
• Check the material for problems or abnormalities and report them to their lead supervisor.
• Work as a part of a team.
• Inspect and adjust machine as necessary.
