About The Position
This position is in charge of configuring the lamination machine and feeding a foil laminated front sheet to match it to the back paper sheet. This operator ensures that registration, alignment, and quality standards are being met.
Requirements
- Being able to read and write.
- Being able to follow instructions.
- Proficiency in operating manufacturing machinery.
Nice To Haves
- Mechanical skills preferred.
- 0-3 years previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Feed a thin plastic sheet individually and efficiently to the machine.
- Guarantee that the material coming out of the machine is clean and according to quality standards.
- Check the material for problems or abnormalities and report them to their lead supervisor.
- Work as a part of a team.
- Basic machine comprehension will be necessary.
- Knowledge of machine operational procedures.
- Fill out paperwork and reports.
- Differentiate different types of materials used.
- Look efficiently for blemishes or abnormalities on the material.
- Inspect and adjust machine as necessary.
