About The Position

This role involves working collaboratively with a team to meet production goals and deadlines, while adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining a clean work area. The operator will be responsible for safely operating, setting up, adjusting, and running production machinery and equipment according to production orders. Key aspects of the role include inspecting products for quality, problem-solving to ensure smooth production flow, and supporting team members with additional tasks as needed. The position requires reliable attendance, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work flexible hours, including overtime. It is a hands-on role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Manufacturing experience: 1 year (Required)
Assembly: 1 year (Required)
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed
Basic math skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Ability to Commute: Mesa, AZ 85212 (Required)
Ability to Relocate: Mesa, AZ 85212: Relocate before starting work (Required)
