About The Position

The Lakehouse Food Runner (On-Call) position is at Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort. The Lakehouse is a lakeside restaurant that opened in 2025, offering coastal Florida cuisine with a focus on fresh seafood, wood-grilled dishes, and vibrant salads. The restaurant emphasizes local ingredients and sustainable sourcing, with signature dishes like Gulf grouper fish tacos, key lime scallop ceviche, and The Lakehouse Lobster Roll. It aims to provide relaxed, modern American lakeside dining with effortless charm and waterfront views.

Requirements

Strong food knowledge is required
Prior experience of at least 1-2 years in Food & beverage
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with a large team
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States.

Responsibilities

Ensure that food and beverages are delivered to the table in a timely manner
Effectively and confidently describe menu items as they are delivered to the guest
Answer guest questions regarding to service and restaurant menu
Work directly with the culinary team to ensure correctness of order modifications
Clear tables of any dirty dishes between courses
Assist with any clean up, set up and break down of the dining room
