Responsible for operationalizing the Synergy model of care delivery as required by TJC and Magnet. Responsible for the development and conduct of independent nursing research and evidence-based practice activities to promote the science of nursing, as well as supporting others in nursing research. Serves as the interconnection between nursing research and practice.
