About The Position
Great Opportunity for an experienced Lactation Consultant to work in an organization that focuses on treating the whole person physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Loyola University Medical Centers is located approximately 30 minutes from Downtown Chicago! We are seeking an experienced Lactation Consult who is dedicated to providing exceptional care and high-quality lactation support and services to the breastfeeding mothers and infants that we serve at Loyola University Medical Center.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse
- Current RN license State of Illinois
- IBCLC certification
- Excellent communication skills
- AHA BLS provider
- Previous OB nursing experience
Responsibilities
- Providing exceptional care and high-quality lactation support and services to breastfeeding mothers and infants.
- Mentor nursing staff to support breastfeeding skills of our patients.
