About The Position

The RFID Lab at Auburn University is seeking motivated, hard-working, detail-oriented undergraduate student employees to create virtual simulations of RF phenomena according to project specifications. The work involves modeling complex RF interactions in virtual environments, creating antenna representations in ANSYS, and comparing ANSYS results with real-world performance.

Requirements

• Be an enrolled student at Auburn University.
• Be pursuing Electrical Engineering or a similar degree.
• Have experience with ANSYS HFSS.
• Have strong fundamentals in mathematics and physics related to electrical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Create virtual environments and model complex RF interactions within them.
• Create representations of antennas within ANSYS.
• Match results in ANSYS to real-world performance.
