The Labour Relations Manager is a key advisor responsible for managing all labour relations across supply chain operations. This role provides expert guidance on unionized workforce matters, including collective bargaining, collective agreements, grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and arbitration processes. The Labour Relations Manager partners with senior leaders to ensure consistent application of labour policies, compliance with employment legislation, and the execution of labour relations strategies that support operational goals and foster positive workplace relationships.
