The Labour Relations Specialist provides expert, consultative labour relations support to leaders and Human Relations Business Partners within a complex, multi-union environment. As a key member of the Labour Relations Centre of Excellence, this role ensures labour relations practices are consistent, defensible, and aligned with The Salvation Army’s Mission, Vision, and Values, supporting a credible, responsive, and values-driven people environment.
