About The Position
The Part-Time Laborer assists with the location’s general operations, supporting business areas including feed, seed, fertilizer, grain, and farm supply. Responsibilities must be performed in accordance with company policy. The role includes cross-training in Agri-Service areas to develop additional skills and provide broader support.
Requirements
- Strength and agility to maneuver product or equipment weighing 50–100 pounds.
- Availability to work overtime, including weekends as needed.
- Basic technical skills, or willingness to develop them.
- A desire to thrive in agriculture and contribute to the industry.
- Ability to reflect the company culture and commitment to success.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED is helpful.
